The Worst – From Friday morning to Sunday night, Sears Auto called 8 times to change the brand or size or type of tires they were going to put on our car. On Sunday night, they still had not installed the right tires. We dealt with 11 different sales and repair people. On Sunday night, no one knew who we were or what we were talking about.
Worst Place to Get Your Car Repair – WARNING!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY MAJOR REPAIRS WHAT SO EVER. THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY IN EVERY WAY THAT THEY KNOW HOW. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN AND ENDED SPENDING $900 FOR BRAKE REPAIRS, ALIGNMENT, COOLANT FLUSH, AND TO REPAIR A SHAKE WHENEVER I BRAKE. THEY ALSO DID A BRAKE INSPECTION.
