Piss poor knowledge about new dodge darts. Cross threaded a wheel bolt. Also, didn't balance wheels properly. Didn't align the new tire balance dot with the stem. And argued when I pointed it out. Saying that was a "mark for manufacturing". The yellow dot should be lined up with the valve stem. Left old wheel weight on then added more to the opposite side of the wheel. Honest guys saved me 2 grand from the rip offs at firestone. Trust these guys.
Went to have wheel alighment on my 2006 hyundai Sante fa an after returning 4 times he the manager told me they would be able to do it, so I took car to another garage an was informed that sears had bent my frame, so I got back in touch with sears an told them what they did an the manager told me they would not fix it. Do not take your car to sears in Queensbury new york they are horrible an do not know anything about a car
Awful, staff kept my car for the entire day as no one would take responsibility for damaging it during routine repair. Had to force them to get it off the lift then drove to Parts America and got my own replacement parts before driving home and doing the work myself.
