Horrible customer service. Even worse staff. Don’t bother making an appointment because they will take whoever’s job is easier. I suggest closing the rest of your locations if this is the way you’re leaving them to be ran.

I was here just a few weeks ago buying 4 new tires and alignment. I was told 2 hours tops and ended up waiting over 3 hours. Fortunately I purchased the tire warranty because my front tire blew not even 4 weeks later and I'm here again waiting for them to look at it and they don't even have the tire in stock at this time. The tire had no visible punctures so it may just be a defective tire but my options right now are to either ride on a donut for who knows how long before they get a new tire in or have them inflate this tir... read more
