Great experience with this shop! I hit a cylinder head that was in the middle of the FL Turnpike dark and early in the morning. The impact busted the two driver side tires and wheels. Had my Baja towed to Sears because they are open on Sundays. My dog was with me and both of us were pretty shaken up. I think I was still in shock even though it was hours after the crash. Do Not buy Batteries or Have them Tested there! – The Manager told me that they DISCARDED my $120 battery that tested to be GOOD, still under warranty and WITHOUT me being notified! He rudely said several times "well, it's not here..nothing I can do about it!" I've contacted Sears Customer service 800-549-4505, and said the District Manager would call me and 120 hours later no call back.
