Horrible experience... I set up an appointment online for oil change. Simple thing, nothing major. When I got to the location, there was 2 men working at the counter, they asked me how I set up the appointment, and I said online, they immediately started with an attitude. They took my keys and told me they will call me when the car is ready. 1 Hr. Later they called, saying that they couldn't open the filter and If I was willing to wait another 1/2 so they can find "another" tool to open it or I could take my car. I said ok, ... read more
