On October 11, 2012 I went to get tires at Sears Auto Center in Janesville, WI. I had been quoted that it would take 1 hour to complete. I came back after about 1.5 hours and it was not yet completed, but they asked if i would like and alignment. It was 95 percent aligned already due to there test results they showed me, I was quoted 20 minutes to complete, so I thought with new tires I might as well get it done.
