Replaced starter on car less than a year ago. Began showing signs of failure recently, (had to crank multiple times to get it to start).....Took car back to them, and they said it is out of warranty. When I asked how can a replaced starter fail in less than a year and that I would like to talk to the manufacturer, they pointed me to autozone. Today was my second time coming to Sears Auto Department. Who served great knowledge and customer service... I am very big on getting treated with respect.... understanding and patience... I want to ask as many quedtions as I would like making sure I'm assured quality and care in my vehicle.... They made sure of that!!!! They pulled my car in immediately!!
