I would like to thank Mr. Dewy at Sear's Auto for his excellent service and compassion. I was having a terrible car day and despite having all their appointment slots full, Myr. Dewy took the time to address my issues related to an item I had purchased through Sears. He was thoughtful, kind and most importantly provided me with the service I needed. Thanks again!
I have used Sears Auto many times over the years. Usually they are decent, but service is always pretty slow and unorganized. The computer system in the auto department seems to be ancient. At least that's what I hear them complain about amongst themselves. I called the other day and asked how much it would be to take off 4 tires then mount and balance 4 new tires. They asked if I bought the tires from them, and I said no I didn't. They quoted me $160 to do the job. I assume the cost would have been lower if I bought the tir... read more
Sears Representative Dewey at Eastview Mall in Victor N.Y. was very helpful and courteous. We appreciate his prompt service and we will continue to shop there for our automotive needs.
This place the quality of services is disaster, bought of set of tries from them, each time for rotation; I have had the problems with them to retrieve positive services. Unfortunately, the YESTERDAY positive quality sears are vanished and substituted with new poor quality and useless company!
I got an oil change here a while back and they told me I needed a new ball joint and control arm bushing. They quoted the whole thing, all said and done, to be somewhere between $400-$500 and I shopped around and found that to be about right. When I wanted to finally do the fix, I brought it back to them because that's where I got it quoted. I mentioned the quote, dropped off the car for another oil change, inspection, and obviously the ball joint and bushing replacement. They call me to come pick up my car because it's done... read more
