Try another location if possible. They charge a lot and they do nothing. Groupon shops are far better than this. They charged double the amount for a regular oil change. I won't go there once again.

This is a place that I truly trust with my vehicles. Sears has worked on all of my cars for the last 20 years - even my brand new vehicles. The manager, Mark, was in Chillicothe where I used to live, he and his staff worked on my cars then, and now that he is in Columbus, he and his staff work on my cars here. Will never go back to Sears at Polaris they messed up my alignment were very rude got the vehicle done at 12:18 did not bother to call me the guy had an attitude with me when I got there they told me they could not finish my vehicle because they ran out of torch to do the alignment and that I would have to wait until next week to have it finished do not take your vehicle there they will mess it up very poor service. They also gave my neice a poor attitude due to her being a female mechanic.
