Had our car there a couple of times in the past with no issues. Brought it there about a week ago to get a check engine light checked out, they didn’t have the part which happened in the past for another issue. But they told us they would order the parts we needed and to bring it at 8am Saturday (today) so bring it in they had never ordered the parts and told us we never scheduled the appointment.
