I agree with the comments of other people that this is a poor customer service, on november 2017 i took my car to be check from a tire that had a leak and they spend like 4 hours to fix it. I called one day before and they said that no appointment was needed. Please do something managers you are losing customers.
Normally have had a good experience here, someone named Richard apparently overtightned my drain plug and I ended up needing a new Oil Pan at my next oil change. I normally have no issues here with alignments and tires but how hard is it to put in a drainplug? Unsure if I'd get my oil done here again.
Had an appointment for a radiator flush and as soon as I pulled in they started on it. Fair price (I checked around) and friendly, also fast. I give them 4 stars because they clearly need more staff.
Very poor customer service. I have made an appointment to get my wheel alignment done with them on the telephone. They said that it is confirmed. But when I came here on the appointment day, they say there is no appointment on my name. The person standing on the counter gave me a careless answers saying that he was not here yesterday he is not sure. They made me wait for 3 hours again.
Simplest jobs can't be done without a staff!!!! No wonder why Sears is going under terrible customer service do everything they can to get out of work!
