I'm standing in the cold weather outdoors waiting on new Tires with a shivering baby french bulldog! They would not allow us on the waiting area even with a crate, or for me to leave him in his warm car in a crate. My toes are frozen. I've just recovered from the flu. Horrible service SEARS!!!!
