Don’t be scared to ask questions and call them out on their lies. When they say rear tires need alignment, I expected that on the report when paying. Turns out it was front tires all of a sudden. The guy helping said he was also confused and when I asked follow up questions, he had no idea how to respond and said maybe their computer system didn’t work properly. Last manager was awful and unfriendly. New manager was great and service was good.
