not sure what's going on here, my truck is done and I've been waiting for too long
I wish I could give them zero stars that's how bad of a service they have done to my car. I came in three weeks to get my brakes changed and as soon as I came off the lot I began to hear noises and they said "it's a normal noise" i went to my local mechanic and bless his soul he didn't charge us and found this (refer to pictures) i calles Sears angrily and demanded that they fix this and I showed them these pictures and didn't even care to look. I have been coming here with my other cars for years and never thought I would be writing a 1 star review. I came in for an oil change and there was no oil put back in my truck. I tried to meet with the manager Firas to work everything out and he is by far one if the most disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my life.
