Waited 2 hours for them to change 1 tire. Then they told me that one of the lugs were bad and told them to replace it. Stated they don’t carry lugs. I said this is a tire center right? Watched them through the shop window. 4 employees in the bay all 3 walking around in circles. The one changing my tire drank coffee and walked around doing nothing and talking to people. The place was empty. I then asked about the lug. Told me to go to Pep Boys and bring one back and they will put it on. LOL!! I said I may have to wait 2 more ... read more

Really terrible service. Bought tires with warranty in Boston so that's the only reason I'm coming to this annapolis store. Been here twice. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that you are there. Asked them to check my tire leaking air and to fix the tires that they had installed improperly by facing them the the wrong way (radial tires which are supposed to prevent hydroplaning) came back and asked them if they got that done? Nope. Absolutely incompetent and terrible customer service.
I once trusted this shop with basic repairs that I couldn't do myself. This is something I could do myself except that it's quite cold out and I just had shoulder surgery. Today I brought my son's Honda CR-V in to have new struts/shock towers replaced in the front of the car and they gave me an estimate that was so inflated it wasn't even close to being correct or fair. I priced the strut/shock tower myself and came up with a cost per unit of $65-85 online. Sears quoted me a price of $240 per unit. I ordered the parts online... read more
