idiots Google who worked there before and avoid the places they managed to find a job at I worked at Sears and believe me the horror stories of those morons is only half of what you'd expect
RecommendedI took my car to my local sears auto center to get my car fixed. (best decision ever) They quoted me lower than any other place in my city. They were able to finish my car in time before I had to go to work. I experienced excellent customer service from the two gentlemen that helped me. Thank you very much, Raymound Rush and Miguel Delgado for your wonderful customer service. I will continue to take my vehicles here and also reccomend to my friends and family.
After price shopping, Sears Auto Center was the best price for routine maintenance around. Coolant flush, transmission service, spark plugs, belts... I have been in a few times. Always able to get me in quick on the weekends. This weekend I had them service my A/C. Runs great now!
Waited 3 hours for a tire leak they couldn't find at first and a brake inspection w/an appointment. That's unacceptable when I have an appt and they tell me it'll take 1 hr and 1/2! Only came here because I got my tires at the Bakersfield location so my tire leak was free.
This place dose not even deserve a star worst place ever this is my 3 time coming and they still manage to miss up on my order even by me writing the tire size didn't help and I called while they were making my order an they still manage to miss up
Charging me 15% for returning their crap that don't work and I just got it like 2 weeks ago....
