I tried to get info about the product I purchased and it took about 20 minutes to speak to a live person. This was after repeated dialings and going through brainless automoted voices. When I got to a live person, they said it was not their department and transferred me again to what was the right place. The result was no call transferred and just left on hold. The 602-395-2980 number that is given goes busy everytime you dial it. I tried about ten times throughout the day and consistently got a busy signal. No service!!!!!!!
