An 1.5 hour oil change turned into 3.5hrs. After 2 hours they realize they dont even have oil left to do the job. Was told oil is 10 mins away but waited another hour in the lobby before it even arrived. Poor management
I wish I could give NO stars. After 2.5 hours of waiting, them leaving my lights on and killing my battery, I've got a load of electrical problems now due to the dead battery. The guys didn't even know where the oil filter was. SUPER FRUSTRATING. No way in hell I am going there again. Do yourself a favor and go to Havoline Xpress in Salmon Creek. They're quick, professional, and KNOW their cars.
Made an appointment online this morning. Had 4 slots available. Received a call cancelling the appointment and being told there were no available openings for 2 days.... really, why even have online appointments if you don't honor them?
I bought 33 in tires and got a good deal on em. Had em for a year now and somehow got a slice in the sidewall. Thanks to the roadside hazard warranty im covored for a new tire and had no hassle getting it! Just pay 27$ for a new warranty and im good to go!
