Customer service was excellent, very prompt pulling my car in also. Glad to see this location under new management.
I was disappointed they wouldn't honor the warrantee on my previous Diehard battery when I bought a new Sears Diehard Gold battery. I could have waited for a sale or checked elsewhere.

This was a great place at one time but not anymore. Obviously a dying company can't pay quality people who know how to treat customers. The "troll" that runs the place now is awful and has no place interacting with the public. I was a loyal customer with many automobiles, but no longer. Good luck with your business, you're going to need it.
