I believe Sears auto center is taking advantage of people. I was told I needed a thermostat, I paid for that $202 and a day later my heat does NOT work. I took my vehical back and they told me.. oh you need a heater cord�umm..who has $ for yall to be guessing whats wrong with my heat??? Not me!! So I will never ever go back to Sears auto Center.
Never again will I come to this place!! Seems to always be running behind... pointless to make a appointment! Not once but twice I had to wait over a 11/2 of the time I was told!!
I am so happy with the employees, their professionalism and the work they did on my Dodge Charger RT. As a team they came together to explained what need to be done on my vehicle, the time it would take for repairs and they repaired it within that time frame... I told the young man at the auto center that I would be able to tell the difference from before and after... And boy can I feel the difference when I drive... Feels like I'm gliding on a flying carpet. AWESOME JOB GUYS AND THANKS!!
I waited over 3 hours for an alligment but they gave me a $20 discount still waited too long.
Made an appointment yesterday for 8am for today and I even got there 10 minutes before and was first in line and registered but then they took second guy that came in at 8:06 first my only conclusion is that it must be my skin tone then I can only guess. was not happy with oil change service. drove about 3 miles down to another store. decided to look under the hood at the work done, good thing I did the power steering cap was not on just sitting in the hole also the washer fluid cap was not on. I called and asked for the manager at center. and he asked me what I wanted him to do.. really all he said was I could come back and they would see if I lost any fluid. I told him I wanted to make a report. but he would not.
