We had a 2:00 appointment and we were told it would be about an hour. Here it is at 3:38 and the car was just being taken back. We weren't told of the delay and now our afternoon plans are ruined. No apologies and that is the worst part.
Good but slow service, only one man at the counter with 4 customers. The labor part of my oil change took about 40 minutes.
Never disappointed. Fastest service anywhere.
Brake check service and check a squeaky belt no repair was told a little over an hour been here 3 hours
