I scheduled an appointment for an oil change today at 4 PM. I received no call to let me know that the store was closed for the day. Online & your automated system states that the store is open until 5 PM. When I finally reached a customer service representative in the Sears store they stated that automotive department was closed for the day and that you all would not reopen until Wednesday of next week. This is frustrating because I purchased an oil change online, set my appointment and now have to pay to go somewhere else ... read more
My 22 year old daughter took her car for a $50 oil change last Friday. On Sunday she noticed a leak on the driveway. By Monday evening ALL of her oil had leaked out due to the ineptitude of this company. We have called to get it fixed and they are now telling us we have to wait 24-48 hours for their insurance adjuster to asses the situation. In the mean time her can not be driven to avoid any further damage to her engine. She has no way to her job. Worst customer service EVER!
