Came in early in the morning 8am...they didn’t have the tires..rep said they would order them and be here by 12, 1pm the latest..plus requires 3hrs to put on....I’ve been waiting for the tires here at the shop since 12 and it’s now 3:30pm and the tires haven’t arrived....dissatisfied disappointing not fair that I am not able to get a refund...terrible not honest service
Wasn't the fastest experience I've had getting my car serviced, but the people were pleasant and the service complete. Make an appointment, be early and hope for the best!!!!
Got quoted wrong over the phone for a simple tire removal (8.50) I drive there and waited 30 mins along with 5 other customers to find out he gave me the wrong price it was going to be (26.50) slow customer service.
Horrible experience. Called ahead of time to see when would be a good time for an oil change, asked if I should make an appointment, they said no. Came when they said. They said it would be an hour and a half. I walked around for an hour and a half, came back and they didn't even START on my car yet! They said they are running a little behind and that I came at a bad time... a little behind?! Didn't even START! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. not here.
Am sitting here waiting for an oil change. Was told an hour and half or so. Went and killed time for an hour and a half. Came back they didn't even START on my car yet! And this after I called earlier in the day to ask when would be a good time to come in for it. Asked if I should make an appointment, they said no. I came in when they said to. Nos they are saying I came at a bad time. No integrity here. They lost someone who could've been a regular.
