I made the appointment on Saturday afternoon , lady from Texas ( very pleasant ) said I would get some $ off for setting up apt and paying for the service and asked me if 8am would work fine ( luckily I said 9am) because when I got there 15 early I was told the tech / mechanic doesn’t arrive til 10am. Already started off bad. Luckily I traveled into golden nugget for coffee and French toast then wondered the Mariano’s still had 20 mins before the tech arrived. Luckily The service took only 30-40 mins.
They are so unprofessional I have been trying to get a oil change for two weeks yes several different appt I give up I'm going somewhere else!!! They need new management and workers asap!!!
I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a retail location over the last week. I went to your Auto Center on Lawrence Ave. in Chicago, and was appalled at their service. I had an appointment at 2:0@ on Sunday for an oil change and filters. Was told it would take up to 90 minutes. Came back at 3;30 and thy hadn't even started. Rude, late, poor service. Just go anywhere else
