Never again will I patronize Sears, ANY SEARS, after the experience I just had at Memorial City Mall location. THEY just didn't give a damn!
Got my alignment done.. Even with caster camber plates.
Horrible customer service....had to take my car three times to REPATCH a tire that's had the same issue. Guarantee didn't even cover a NEW tire. The bolts were tighten up so tight they broke when I had the flat tire issue the second time....dont get me started on how they treat you. I thought Sears provided exceptional customer service and know what they are doing (made me buy a new rim for nothing.) Taking my business somewhere elsewhere.
