Took my car in because my ‘service battery charging system’ light came on. They put in a new battery, charged me 192 dollars and handed me the keys. Drove the car later that evening and the same light came on!! Took my car back in the next morning. Spoke with the mechanic (who was very nice) but says that I should have never driven the car?!?! Denied service without explanation three hours prior to posted closing time. I'll be taking my sears purchased tires to be rotated somewhere else.
Thank you Sears for reasonable priced tires and the wonderful customer service!!
I'll never use them again. They wouldn't honor an appointment I made 6 weeks ago because they change their policies 2 weeks ago. I guess a phone call would've been too much trouble for them?!
