Normally I love going to sears very accommodating but I guess to be a good mechanic one must steal also.... I left one dollar in my car one single dollar and they stole it... clearly the mechanics need to be compensated better for their hard work if they don't have enough integrity and are too tempted that they have to steal a single dollar that was for my son because he just lost a tooth. Other than that customer service is always phenomenal.
I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours. I suggest you get there as soon as it opens for a better chance but I will say a guy was there at 930 opens at 10 and he left after 1130 so I guess that is the average wait time. 1.5 to 2 hours.
My past two visits have been horrible. Forget about the unreasonable wait times - that's just the beginning. Last time I had an alignment, I asked them to check my tire pressure. They said they did, but they didn't, because I checked right after, and they were way off. Out of desperation, I returned for an oil change. They assured me they would check the fluids and top off the wiper fluid, as this was part of what I PAID for. Pathetic Service - Apathetic Staff – I had cause to return to Sears with some defective tires. I waited in the showroom for 20 minutes before being confronted by the Manager, Xavier, I complained about the wait and all he could say was that he was 'with another customer' - no apology. Before Xavier finally showed his face, another visiting Manager had approached me but told me he could not help because he was just there for training. he went on to tell me that I should complain to head office about the wait because they had ... read more
