Very pleased with the service I received. Bernard was very helpful and help us get tires that they were out of stock. He was very understanding and informational. Highly recommend going there. We got the best deal we could for the tires we wanted.
I stop in the Jacksonville store that other day to price so tires for my car. As I walked in I was greeted by Chrystal. She was extremely busy and had no help there was as Asian guy walking around doing nothing. Chrystal said that she would be right with me and apologized for the wait. As so as she got free I informed her that I was looking for a set of tires for my car. Chrystal went above the bar to give me that info I needed. Never again, i have left a more detailed review on the general sears auto center page. It should not be my fault that i didnt chose a less busy day to make an appointment for. Very unprofessional and slow. 5 hours for an oil change and thats with them bumping me above another person.
I will never bring my vehicle back here. First I had to wait, no joke, an hour before anyone even helped me and I had an appointment. After they replaced my tires my PSI sensor no longer works and I have an item missing from my trunk. Good job guys.
