This place is literally a shitshow. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE. I made an appointment online for 3pm later the same day through their website and scheduling system. I came in and told the guy I had an appointment at 3 for an oil change and he told me to pull my car into the service area. I did this and as I get out he tells me he called earlier (I didn't have any voicemails, but I did have one missed call from an unknown number) and they don't take same day appointments and I would be treated like a walk in with the wait be... read more
