Staff is minimal, always “set an appointment” but have your car a minimum of 5 hours. Don’t trust anything they say the have done to your car. Make sure you drive it afterwards with a technician to see if they performed the tasks you payed for. Even if they can’t fix your car, you still have to pay them and get offered nothing in return. Very disappointed with this location. Don’t know about others. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
The worst service ever.. Was told it will take an hour to diagnose the car it took over 4 hours n still all they can tell me is what I told them already. I guess they don't care about customer satisfaction their asked to speak to the supervisor but they refused until I kept asking. And they ruined my key!!!! Will not get out of the ignition. 2.5 hours to install one tire and I had an appointment. They also put 27% too much air in my tires after I warned them twice when I gave them my keys. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
This place is a joke I had an appointment at 3 got there 10 mins early and it has taken them almost 3 hrs to complete an oil change so now I have to sit here and wait never again and all they can day is well its the best oil change you will get give me break if I could give them 0 stars I would
