Over 2 hours my truck was in the back for a tire rotation. This is unacceptable.
Complete rip off. They try to make you pay for things you don't need and they are not up front with the fee to look at your car. They tell you it's free to look at your car and once they have it they call you and tell you it's $85.00 to look at it. Would never go there again. Stay away
Extremely dissatisfied with the service and the employees... Received a quote over the phone and was told there was no fee to look at my car. Was also told this in person when I dropped my car off... What they failed to tell me was there was an $85 fee to TELL me what was wrong with my car, which I already knew. When I questioned the employee he turned his back on me and ignored me.
