I was unhappy at first arrival. I stood waiting for about 20 minutes while the service coordinator talked to the customer before me.... never acknowledging my presence. Discussing his medical condition. Cars piled up behind mine... some left. When it was my turn, he was friendly and the technician was good. They took care of my oil change quickly and did an inspection of the car. The price was excellent. Except for the initial unnecessary wait, the visit was good and the service was good.
The techs at sears are very professional and very thorough . I've heard a lot of things about sears over the years and I used to avoid going there. But I'm very happy With their work and you can't beat sears Quality
I just love Sears auto Center. The crew is friendly honest and the service is great.
