I have to be honest, I thought when I first took my vehicle to Sears that I was going to get the best service, boy was I wrong. My vehicle had a variety of things wrong with it of which included the rack and pinion needing replacement, a hub, back callipars and rotars, power steering pump. Derrick the associate called me back about 3 days later to tell me it would cost about $3500, but that he would do it for $3200 since I was a vet. I said okay let me think about it.
