I never post reviews but am so angry about my experience. On 12/9/17, I took my car in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up and started driving home, the steering wheel was shaking so bad, I was afraid to drive it. I would have taken it back to be looked at, but my son's birthday party was going to start in less than an hour and I had to get back home. Staff always polite, service great and fast
Went a couple months ago, to have my brakes checked out. They charged me 15 dollars to check it and later told me that might front right calipers were frozen. Decided to tell them that we were gonna get a quote from a different place and they displayed a wonderful acting by telling me that it was going to be dangerous to drive with the calipers frozen. So on the same day, I took my car to Brake Shop in Parma to have it checked out and they told me that everything was normal and that the brakes have plenty of life in them. Be... read more
Came in for tire rotation .woman tried to sell me tires i said no three times. Floor manager noticed i had tiny leak or smell of gas and told me to leave n never offered to fix it.sears lost another customer. Wow what a way to run a business to the ground
