I told them that if they continued their service center like that, they will soon be looking for jobs. And that's exactly what happened. Prime location for this business but screwed by unprofessional employees.
I have been using Sears Auto for years, and this location in particular for a little over a year. The staff is always friendly. They are almost always busy and there is a bit of a wait, but they make sure to address every customer in line. I'd much rather they take the time with me to explain any issues and what I'm paying for than to rush through me to get to the next person in line.
