Excellent and quick courteous service for scheduled appointment for a Groupon oil change with just two days left.
Went to the auto center just after 7pm (weekday) and they were closed, despite their own website saying they are open until 9pm. Employees in the main part of the store were flippant about it, and guessed that they leave at 5 or 6pm, but didn't know what the real hours are. Yes it is the week before Christmas but if you aren't going to work your normal hours then please update your website to let people know. I brought my brand new expensive rims for them them to mount tires on and when I came to pick them up I noticed that they damaged every single rim and they even admitted that it was the machine that damaged them and then they told me to come back when the manager is there and then every time I came in with my rims they told me the manager wasn't there and this happened multiple times so now I have to drive around with brand new damaged rims.
