Waited three hours for an oil change bc they kept getting the wrong oil filter with no one even updating me on what was going on until I told them I didn’t want the oil change.Then Ed is shaking his head laughing as I’m telling him that I don’t want the oil change. Nothing is funny when it’s your time and money being wasted I’m sure. But Dionte was very helpful and apologetic.

If I could give a negative I would. I came to get 4 new tires while traveling cross-country. They installed 4 BF Goodrich tires and off i went only to have my tire pressure light on in 20 miles. I stopped to top off thinking it MUST be an error. 30 miles later it pops on again and this time there is no place to get off I70. I slow down and POP - blow out under 60 miles with new tires and 2 kids in the car.
