DO NOT USE SEARS AUTO CENTER. On July 29, 2017, I took my Toyota Tacoma Pre-Runner to Sears for a oil change. It was a very bad decision. I took it to sears because I grow up in a time when sears was reputable and still trusted them to do good work or at least what I asked of them without much hassle. I don't trust the small oil change places and I didn't want to spend two hours at the dealership, nor did I want to do it myself that day. All play into this bad decision. So, I...Continue Reading

I don't usually give bad reviews but this last visit warrants it. The work is satisfactory but the service is horrible. Each time my wife or I have come to the automotive department, we have been treated like an annoying burden. I absolutely understand being busy but we've been treated the same whether it is busy or not. Why do I go back you might ask. My grandfather and my dad both swore by the quality and service at Sears and up until I came to the one in Hattiesburg , I believed it too. Sadly it's just another name and I ... read more
