Technician was in and out. No issues. Wonderful service
Matthew was knowledgeable and professional he fixed my dryer and cleaned up afterwards which is a huge plus.

This crappy and inexperienced technician, "John", was dispatched to my home to service my dishwasher which is under warranty. Once he arrived, John immediately insisted that he could not repair the unit because he, “couldn’t pull it out,” without making any real effort to try. When I pointed this out, he became argumentative and dismissive, even going so far as to call me a liar. At this point, He began packing up his equipment, still arguing with me and without returning my dishwasher to the state it was when he found it. I... read more
