The technician was very nice. He asked questions and listened as I spoke. He was very fast at troubleshooting and solving the problem. He also explained to me what caused the problem and how to use preventative measures for it not to happen again. The fix was very simple, easy and done in less than 10 minutes. I only had to pay for the diagnostic testing because no parts were replaced. It was a bit pricey but I knew that while scheduling the repair.
What a service man, love his work, dedication and demeanor, so polite, and he knows his business. Value Employee he went above and beyond thank you he stayed late and he didn’t leave till the job was done

The old compressor was left on the counter. The counter was covered with black stuff that will not come off.
