John did a great job servicing our problem he was courteous and very knowledgeable! Sears scheduling the repair was a different story: WE WERE ONE DAY SHY IF TWO WEEKS getting the repair done! It was our refrigerator - 2 weeks! WE NOW HAVE A REFRIGERATOR THAT DOES NOT FUNCTION. This after the repair was completed! We have been unable to talk with anyone at SEARS, no live customer service people we are told!!
