This repair took over a month mainly because two times it was scheduled and nobody showed up. I tried on several attempts to talk to a live person but every time I had an option to talk to a live person I got disconnected. The technicians seem to know what they are doing but your overall customer service sucks. Make it easier to talk to a real person.
