The repair man was under the washing machine and was asking for a popcorn bowl instead of saying a big bowl to catch. Water was not explicit in his details. he was very rude. The machine does work though.
Took too long to get technician to home for repairs.
Took over a month to get our washing machine fixed. They ordered the wrong part so the first appointment was pointless. They ordered the correct part and scheduled another appointment only to cancel the day before saying that the part wouldn’t arrive in time even though it had been delivered and was sitting at our house waiting for the appointment. Don was very polite and professional! Ask if we had problems or concerns, about each appliance. Answered questions in great detail ! Ordered parts and set up a date for repairs/replacement. Very satisfied with Don !!!!!
