On time, polite, cleaned up. Advised with regard to the problem and possible results.
The technician came here did not fix my washing machine talked on how he had alot of driving to do he did not test the machine cycle So he could see it sticks on . And now I have to try to get ahold of the company They don't believe in phones anymore. I would not recommend this technician.

Not pleased with the service that I received. Unable to speak or text with a live person. Scheduled an appointment a week out and then they cancelled the appointment and had me reschedule another four days later. The arrival time for the service technician was between 8am and 5pm so I wasted a half day on the first appointment before they decided to cancel. The technician that did show up didn't do anything except make a visual inspection and after 15 minutes, said look at the time with no suggestions as to what the problem ... read more
