My oven wasn’t working at all. Your service man came in Thursday PMhe ordered the part and came Monday and fixed it.
James was really good, BUT I DO NOT LIKE THAT YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A PERSON ONLY AN AI, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. SUCK S WILL Never use them again.
Ronnie did a great job. He was thorough and worked hard to get to the root of our problem-he didn’t give up. He was also personable and explained to us what and why he was doing each step of the way.

I had an oven igniter go out and Sears technician came out to fix it. He was on time and diagnosed my problem on first visit. He order the part and scheduled a time to install it. One payment took care of everything. I am very pleased with his service. Will use Sears again for any future problems.
