We purchased a brand-new GE washer and dryer (2023 models) when we bought our home. Until recently, both appliances had been working well. Mohammed was on time for appointment. He was very informative and explained the AC issues on how to proceed.
Guy just checked voltage to the unit …which was ok and then said it was bad. I told them that’s exactly what I did …they could have told me over the phone…waste of time and money. Any ten year old with a brain can check voltage. Who knows how much training this guy had…easy hundred bucks
