Joseph arrived promptly at 8 am. He explained everything about the installation as he was working. He was very informative and polite and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time.
Remove and replace bottom cabinet ice maker. Joseph M. Service tech was skilled and knowledgeable about repair, very clean and informative. This Suniga house hold is giving him "A Big Atta Boy"!
Went above and beyond by describing how to care for various appliances.
After four visits of waiting around for a technician (customers are given a “window” of 8am-5pm) our oven remains as is. The technicians were pleasant enough but the AI feature of the service is a joke. It’s not responsive to customers nor the technicians. Even when you request a human response the AI gal will reply that it’s not possible. And the message you see in response to various bad ratings is the AI phone number!
