He did a great job!
Technician was great, Sears automated service sucks. Our appointment was changed 5 times extending service time to one month, this is unacceptable, especially since service times are 8-5, waiting around all day for someone to show up only to find out that it’s needs to be rescheduled and for this to happen again and again. You can be sure this is the last time we sign up for your warranty service.
The guys were fantastic. Very friendly and professional. Got the job done, very pleased.
