Marty was fantastic—identified the issue in minutes, addressed it in just a few minutes more, and tested two phases of the repair to make sure the dryer was warming up and cooling down properly.
Alex did an excellent job. He was extremely helpful! The price paid is for yearly insurance for the terrible GE washer that gets out of balance frequently. Otherwise there isn’t a charge for labor and parts.
Could not even connect to the company as they have move their phone lines to "AI Only"
