Technician was careful and fast. He fixed the problem right away and explained tithe problem we’ll.
New part ordered. Tech came to put it on, took almost 2 hours. Leaking worst than ever. Said he would have to order a part. Didn't have time to fool with it today. That means I will be without a washer for 8 days. I am not happy with your service at all. I have an Assurance warranty.

John arrived 15min after he called. He was prompt to get to work on the older Kenmore Dishwasher. Taking a couple of panels off, running the DW thru some cycles, etc. It performed well, no leaks, no electrical issues noted. He felt the "reset" process had worked. He then cleaned the area of dust, debris, cobwebs, etc. He felt the DW was working strong for its age. He said, "if it gives us trouble again, call us back". Thank You John
