Tech knew exactly what he was doing
Austin is very friendly and nice he gets the job done quick.
The request for repair from my Lowes Protection Plan showed Range , I have requested twice both show Range I requested for my Refrigerator freezer, I received a text from Sears asking why my repairs was needed again. Spoke with Tec Rick before he was to come to my home to repairs, he told me it was for my Range. so he canceled that appointment. Sears text me to set up a video for January 29th between 1:00pm & 2:00pm to view what's up. never received the video call
He was knowledgeable and very nice.
