Rick was the service technician who came to my house to fix my washer/dryer. He was on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time. He was very pleasant and kind. Would definitely recommend him!
He was friendly and polite
The first repair man, Austin, was horrible. He didn’t even try to fix my oven. The next guy, Rick, was much more professional and ran several tests and found a few small things that helped improve the oven’s performance.
