Bob has worked on our washer several times. Despite his best efforts the machine can't be repaired due to parts no longer being made for a less than 3 yr old Samsung washer. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Fortunately the warranty company will replace the washer.
James was professional and friendly during both appointments. He was through and knowledgeable with diagnosis a repair.
James was very prompt, found the problem quickly and repaired it. I would recommend Sears service and the great technicians they have.
