He was great. Very thorough and explained everything that he was doing.
Paul was great explained the issue well. Unforunately the cost of the repair was to much to stomach, 250 for a fan motor i dound on ebay for 25.00. Also aftwr techs left I removed the motor and found the dust cover rubbing on the top rubber mount. That was the cause of the fan not turning. Lifted the ckver and it works great now. Canceled the ebay order.
Bob was extremely knowledgeable and educational to my wife and I. He knew exactly what was wrong with our cooktop and researched the exact solution to solve the issue. Thank you Bob!
