The repair on my lawnmower was prompt and very professionally done. The service I received form the Sears Service repairman Dwayne was exemplary and for out weighs the price paid for the extended warranty. I do not think there is a beter repair service or repairman out there. First class, five star service at it's best.

I pleaded with them to send 2 technicians because my dishwasher is elevated via built in cabinetry. Utter disregard led to my cabinet faces becoming scratched and unsightly. It took them 4 visits between ordering parts, having to reschedule for one reason or another, etc. Thus it was a horrid experience, and for all the time and money that went into the repair, the unit could have been replaced twice over. I was disappointed in the maintenance check. The repair man was here for about five minutes and didn't operate the washer or dryer to see if they were working properly. I did ask him to check my vent going to the dryer - he did do that. I don't mind paying for the maintenance check, but I do expect them to be checked out thoroughly .
