Attempting to get repairmen from Sears is like a root canal. They may have a local number but every single person to speak with is foreign. It takes weeks to get on the schedule. Unbeknownst to me my dad bought that useless home warranty through them also. Save your money and call an ACTUAL local company that speaks good English !! You can buy NEW appliances for what the warranty costs and getting service. You have been warned !

If I could give this a zero stars rating I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with repair or service companies! The whole process went on well over a month. We had a technician come and figure out the problem and said he would order the parts. Long story short my repair appointment kept getting cancelled due to waiting on parts, I’m talking this happened 4 different times.
