Repairman was very knowledgeable about how to repair my washer.
As always Mitchell answers all my questions and concerns with knowledge and efficiency. Enjoy working with him.
Technician was very polite and courteous. I did not like the AI to set up appointments and to try to address concerns. I was not able to speak with anyone as Sears have no live agents only AI agents. Thus may be fine for some, but this did not work for us. I initially began in January to have me appliance repaired and today is March 12th. I have read many complaints about Sears Hone Service and cab fully relate to others’ experiences. I do not plan to use Sears in the future.
