The freezer still isnt working. Can someone please call me
Wonderful and exceptional service! Such a gentleman and informative during the whole process! Extremely grateful during the total experience as it was quite a frustrating situation as the first technician did not check the machine but charged me for it. But Jonathan went above and beyond! Totally professional and fixed the issue with kindness! TY (ps the overpricing was the previous person’s mistake)
Very nice and knowelable repair staff however the cost of the ice maker repairs were ridiculous. It does not do any good to have nice repair staff when you price yourselves out of the equation . The cost of the ice maker was $750.00 for a fridge that is 5 yrs and 6 months old. We bought a new fridge . Insane
