Go with someone else, this is the second time the “AI” system has messed up the appointment! The number tree when you call doesn’t even go to someone to actually rectify the situation! Garbage service!

Don't waste your time. Had an appointment scheduled several days out. I had been told that a tech would reach out about my appliance issue so they could bring any possible parts to ensure the repair was all done same day. This was also confirmed in the email appointment confirmation I recieved. That didn't happen. I called around 8am the morning of my 8am-5pm appointment window to confirm the appointment was still scheduled because there had been no contact & was assured it was. Tech was super friendly and informative. Unfortunately the appliance still isn’t working, with same issue. By the time I go off work to dry clothes, sears department was closed to speak to a human. Calling this morning to hopefully get someone out to fix it again
I have been waiting for my LG refrigerator to be repaired. The initial repair was requested in September. Now it is November 18 and I had to take off again. This is the 5th appointment and still the job has not been assigned. No wonder sears is out of business.
