Very professional knew and understood the maintance required as l explained them very polite cared about my issues. Customer Service is still alive thank you Dennis.
Not happy at all and I’d like a refund. 2 technicians we unable to sort out the issue with my appliance, they didn’t even try and I had it solved with 5 minutes on YouTube and a new part from Amazon. Furthmore I don’t like that I cannot in any way contact you to make my complains known. Also reading through further reviews I notice many people had issues and the only thing they will do is give you the same dead end phone number that gets you nowhere.
