The sears tech never showed up. Keep changing appointments.
No paperwork on what parts are needed for repairs, technician couldn’t find parts, was told I could find parts and fix myself, after figuring out what parts I supposedly needed I ordered parts installed and washer is still doing same thing, never again. Can’t rate less than 1
