I will never use Sears Appliance Repair again and would strongly caution anyone else before doing so. It has been nearly two weeks since a technician first came to look at my microwave. Without ever removing it from the cabinet, he "diagnosed" the issue, stating he had another one "just like it" earlier in the day. He charged me over $700 in parts and labor, and then informed me that when he returned, my husband and I would need to remove the microwave ourselves from the built in cabinet, or pay an additional $100 for him to... read more
We feel this appliance should just have been replaced. Not worth wasting our time on fixing something that's too old.
